Survey Takers – Pinecone Research: Got a HS diploma/GED or didn’t complete HS? Pinecone needs you. Earn $3 per survey (15-20 mins., typically). They may also send you free products to test. Minimum age for surveys is 18. We’ve never seen them seek this category of applicants before. Not sure how long it will last, so apply or share quickly if interested.

Get Paid to Help People Shop – NexRep: When we covered NexRep’s openings in December, they were hiring from all states except NY, CA, RI, WA, AR, OR, IN and IL. We’re not sure if this still holds, but we will update if we learn more… If you love to shop, these openings might be a fit. The company says you can make $15 – $25+ per hour talking to people who call you about a product they’re interested in. Your job is to help them with their shopping. “These customers have said yes to the product several times before they even pick up the phone – they want you to help them complete their purchase – it’s that simple,” the company says.
Get Paid Up to $50 to Download Nielsen’s App – Nielsen (The TV/Radio ratings company) – “For each mobile device you register you will receive up to $50 a year,” the company says. For consumer trend data, Nielsen will pay you to install an undetectable app on your smartphone, computer or tablet. The app follows your web use. Your name is separated from the data, and devices run as usual. User IDs and passwords are not collected, the company adds.

Aira has developed glasses that have a webcam and audio built into them. People who are blind or have low vision wear the glasses. When they need help, they push a button and you see what’s in front of them. As an Aira Agent, you help them with shopping, reading email or computer screens, identifying obstacles on walking routes and helping them change their course to get around them, etc.

Get Paid for Ads on Your Car – Carvertise: If you’ve got a 2008 car or newer, Carvertise pays a “standard rate of $100/month… Must drive at least 30 miles a day.” They also offer about $30/hr. for cars parked in busy areas. Not for core income, but some cash on the side.
