The Remote Fraud & Identity Specialist role is crucial in safeguarding operations. This position involves identifying and mitigating fraudulent activities, ensuring the security and integrity of transactions. This is a 6-month contract role, 40 hours per week, non-exempt and paid hourly with potential for additional hours, requiring 1–2 weekend days based on manager assignment and availability. Fully remote and open to U.S.-based candidates.

Relevant Experience & Skills
- 1-2+ years of professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced setting in Fraud, Data Processing, or Support related fields OR strong academic record
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with security protocols and tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with ZenDesk or similar (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $23.00/hr.
