In this role, you will reach out to qualified patients and share details about the company’s program. You will enter data and document calls, answer phones and triage the call to the appropriate party, and other related tasks.
Applicants should have a High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience; be 18 years of age OR older; have 2+ years of Customer Service experience; and the ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm CST, Monday – Friday. Bonus points if you have 2+ years of call center experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word (modifying documents) and Microsoft Excel (ability to modify and maintain spreadsheets).
The posted pay rate is $16-$28.85 per hour. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits program.

The Patient Engagement Representative is primarily responsible for supporting the pharmacists delivering comprehensive medication management services for Genoa Clinical Services (GCS) in a call center environment.
This position is full-time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm CST, Monday – Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.
We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conducts outreach to qualified patients in a confidential manner with strict adherence to policies and procedures
- Articulates clinical services effectively, leading to patient engagement and program participation
- Performs data entry and complete written documentation of calls
- Maintains department productivity levels for customer satisfaction and performance goals
- Communicates positively and professionally with patients, providers, and team members
- Answers a multiple line telephone system and triage the call to the appropriate party
- Completes administrative duties to include processing mail and faxes
- Performs other projects, work, and activities as assigned to ensure continuous service to our patients and clients

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Sales experience
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.

Compensation & Benefits
The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
