This role sits within Support Operations, focused on improving how frontline support agents are trained and enabled across multiple lines of business. Day-to-day, you’ll design and evolve learning materials for new hires and ongoing education, partner with trainers and subject-matter experts, and use performance data to refine learning outcomes. This is a mid-career, fully remote U.S. role best suited for candidates with hands-on instructional design experience, especially those comfortable building structured learning assets and improving training programs at scale.

Create and maintain learning solutions that help DoorDash support agents deliver effective, confident customer support.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop learning solutions using adult learning principles.
- Identify training gaps and learning-related pain points.
- Update learning content based on performance data and outcomes.
- Author performance-based learning plans and measurement strategies.
- Partner with trainers and subject-matter experts to clarify content needs.
- Manage small-to-medium learning projects with guidance.
Relevant Experience & Skills
- 3+ years experience developing training programs and course materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, English, or related field.
- Experience with adult learning theory and learning design best practices.
- Strong writing and content-simplification skills.Experience using Storyline 360.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $64,000 – $108,000/yr.
