Boulevard builds a modern business platform used by salons, spas, and wellness providers.
This Customer Support Specialist role involves resolving support tickets, helping customers navigate the platform, and contributing to customer success measures. This role suits candidates with support experience, product empathy, and a willingness to engage deeply with B2B customers. This role will work Monday-Friday, 9-6 PST + occasional additional coverage (some holidays, etc.).

Deliver high-quality customer support as the first point of contact for Boulevard’s SaaS platform users across ticketing channels
Responsibilities
- Resolve inbound customer inquiries via support channels.
- Maintain SLAs and customer satisfaction goals.
- Contribute to knowledge base updates and team resources.
- Work with support management on continuous improvement.
Relevant Experience & Skills
- 2-4+ years customer-facing Enterprise Support experience in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS startup environment.
- Previous experience supporting a complex technical platform that manages data, reporting, user permissions/roles, scheduling, payments, inventory or a combination of several of these using internal resources and external tools.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this position is $65,000/yr. + 10% annual bonus.
