Seasonal roles can be a great way to make some extra money AND get your foot in the door with a great company at the same time.
That being said, Working Solutions is currently looking for THOUSANDS of independent Remote Customer Support Representatives to support TurboTax users during this tax season. This has been an annual opportunity that many RRRebels have used to springboard into other opportunities with the company — working with a variety of clients.
This seasonal opportunity starts ASAP and runs through Tax Day (4/15/25).
With acceptance offers going out as quickly as 24 hours after applying!
Following are some of the details about this seasonal Remote Customer Support Representative opportunity:
The Role:
- Assist customers with software navigation, locating prior returns, and escalate calls when necessary
- Phone, video, and chat support
Requirements:
- Sincere desire to help the customer (no prior experience required!)
- Quiet, uninterrupted workspace
- Personal computer that meets program tech requirements
- Reside in the United States (excludes CA, NY, PA, WA)
Incentives:
- Earn up to $19/hr + additional incentives as Tax Day approaches
