Lionbridge is a global company that provides language, localization, and AI data services for major technology brands and organizations worldwide.
In this Transcriber (US English) role, you’ll listen to audio recordings and accurately convert them into text as part of AI data training and content projects. The work is structured, written, and task-based — there is no phone or live customer interaction required.
This opportunity is best suited for candidates who are comfortable working independently, have strong English skills, and can meet typing and accuracy requirements. The role is a part-time (10-20 hours a week) fully remote and open to U.S.-based applicants.
This opportunity is project based and is scheduled to commence in late February or early March and will conclude in mid-May.

Convert spoken audio into written text to support AI data training projects in a fully remote, non-phone role.
Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio recordings into accurate written text.
- Follow transcription and formatting guidelines precisely.
- Meet quality, accuracy, and turnaround standards.
- Complete assigned transcription tasks independently.
- Participate in training and onboarding as required
Relevant Experience & Skills
- Strong written English proficiency
- Typing speed of 55+ words per minute
- Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
- Prior transcription experience preferred
- Comfortable working with online tools and platforms
- Bachelor’s degree helpful but not required

Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $20.00/hr.
