What Your Day Will Look Like (Non-Phone Work)
As a Digital Support Agent, your day will involve managing customer inquiries through chat, email, and SMS. You will guide customers through online shopping processes, troubleshoot website issues, and resolve post-order concerns. Documenting interactions and collaborating with business partners to resolve website errors will be key parts of your daily routine.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Respond to Inquiries: Address customer questions via chat, email, and SMS with professionalism
- Guide Customers: Assist with online shopping and troubleshoot website issues
- Manage Conversations: Handle multiple interactions simultaneously while ensuring quality
- Document Interactions: Record all customer interactions in the case management system
- Collaborate on Issues: Work with business partners to resolve website errors
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Written Communication: Excellent skills with attention to tone and grammar
- Multitasking Ability: Effectively handle multiple digital channels

Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $14.25 – $19.00/hr. based on experience.
