This full-time, remote role allows employees to work from the comfort of their homes, providing flexibility and eliminating the need for travel. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate billing records and supporting revenue cycle operations.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Review and enter clinical and claims documentation into billing systems, resolve discrepancies, and support audits and special projects. This role is 100% non-phone work.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Enter Data: Update patient billing info
  • Organize Records: Maintain medical documentation
  • Review Documents: Ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Resolve Discrepancies: Correct data errors
  • Collaborate: Work with billing teams

Relevant Experience & Skills Required

  • Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED
  • Experience: 1+ years in healthcare billing
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data tasks
  • Organizational Skills: Manage multiple priorities

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this role is $20.00 – $26.00/hr..
