What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Customer Success Associate, the role involves providing exceptional customer service by demonstrating product knowledge and effectively communicating with users via email, chat, and social media. Responsibilities include supporting user onboarding, resolving usability issues, and collecting feedback to improve the product. A high level of empathy and problem-solving skills is required to ensure user satisfaction.

This is a full-time, remote position offering flexible working hours, including weeknights and weekends. The schedule consists of five working days with two days off, allowing for balance. The Customer Success Associate plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional user experiences and support.

Responsibilities & Expectations

Relevant Experience & Skills Required

  • Education Requirements: No specific degree required, but a passion for sports is essential
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Intercom preferred but not mandatory
  • Flexibility: Ability to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Customer Focus: Strong empathy and customer-centric approach

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated compensation for this role is $20.00 – $30.00/hr. (Estimated based on similar customer service roles; Actual pay may vary.)
