This role is being recruited through Bloom, a hiring partner working on behalf of Poppy & Peonies—you would be employed directly by Poppy & Peonies if selected.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will engage with customers through live chat and email, providing support and resolving inquiries. Your role includes troubleshooting orders using tools like Shopify, collaborating with internal teams, and sharing feedback to help improve the customer experience.
This full-time, fully remote role is open to candidates across North America—meaning applicants can be based in the U.S. or Canada—and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM ET, offering a consistent daytime shift with strong work-life balance.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Handle Customer Interactions: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via live chat and email
- Provide Accurate Information: Deliver detailed and correct information about products, policies, and services
- Resolve Issues: Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Troubleshoot Orders: Use Shopify, Click Ship, and Loop to assist with order issues
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams to address escalated issues and share insights
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: No specific degree required, experience in customer service preferred
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to resolve and de-escalate customer issues
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with live chat platforms and customer service software
- E-commerce Tools: Experience with Shopify, Click Ship, and Loop
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with others and adapt to changing priorities
