In this role, support members by responding to inquiries across email and chat, helping resolve account, technical, and product-related questions. What Your Day Will Look Like
In this role, you will primarily engage with customers via phone, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues. You will use your problem-solving skills to offer solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

- Assist Customers: Provide support and resolving inquiries through email and chat
- Collaborate with Team: Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and workflows
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of all member interactions and issues
- Identify Trends: Analyze customer feedback to identify common issues
- Enhance Experience: Suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer support software and tools such as Intercom, Zendesk and Slack
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $20.64/hr. based on experience.
