Modivcare, a non-emergency medical transportation company, has posted a new Remote Client Services Representative position to their careers page.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and complete client and company records. The role also involves providing excellent customer service while handling inbound phone calls, emails, faxes, and physical mail and routing communications to the appropriate party or responding to client and related services themselves.
Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or GED; zero (0) plus years of related experience; experience using Microsoft Outlook and Teams preferred.
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience; comfort using computers and saving electronic files; proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Modivcare is looking for a Client Services Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate and complete client and company records and providing excellent customer service while handling inbound phone calls, emails, faxes, and physical mail and routing communications to the appropriate party or responding to client and related services themselves. This includes managing help desk tickets and other reports, and completing the required actions those tickets and reports specify.
This role…
- Handles initial client inquiries and answers basic questions.
- Interacts daily via phone, mail, email or personally with customers, prospective customers, and team members.
- Completes assigned tickets and work from reports.
- Assists in the research, investigation, and communication regarding customer inquiries regarding shipments, products, and complaints.
- Records details of calls, communications, and messages in the client management software.
- Refers customer complaints to appropriate individuals.
- Contacts clients and agencies to obtain new or corrected client information.
- Saves copies of documents and communications in the company’s document management system.
- Communicates with other team members by email, phone, and internal system notes and messages.
- Complies with requirements to protect client data and use client data only for the purpose of managing the client’s account and associated claims.
- Complies with applicable team policies, procedures, guides, job aids, reference materials, memos, notes, videos, and other training as provided.
- Assists in the processing, evaluation, and recategorization of tickets so that they are routed to the appropriate team.
- Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.
