The Senior Support Specialist will be integral in maintaining operational stability across DoorDash’s New Verticals, ensuring a seamless experience for consumers, dashers, and merchants.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Senior Support Specialist, you’ll manage multiple workstreams, monitor performance dashboards, and proactively identify and resolve operational issues. You’ll engage with consumers, merchants, and dashers to address live order disruptions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow efficiency. Your role will involve leveraging AI-enabled tools to reduce manual interventions and support the implementation of new processes.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Monitor Performance: Oversee real-time metrics and dashboards
- Resolve Issues: Address live order disruptions and bottlenecks
- Execute Procedures: Follow daily SOPs and support pilots
- Lead Incidents: Manage operational disruptions effectively
- Improve Workflows: Collaborate to enhance efficiency
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Experience Required: 3+ years in dynamic environments
- Technical Skills: Proficient in spreadsheets and data tools
- Communication: Clear, direct, and proactive
- Problem Solving: Independent issue resolution
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $21.20 – $31.20/hr..
