As a Golf Trusted Advisor, you’ll support customers shopping for golf equipment by providing product recommendations, answering questions, and guiding purchases through virtual consultations and customer support channels. This role blends customer service with product expertise and is ideal for people who enjoy helping others and have a strong interest in golf. The position is fully remote and open to U.S.-based candidates.

Provide virtual golf product guidance and customer support for Dick’s Sporting Goods’ online shoppers.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with golf product selection and recommendations

- Stay up to date on golf equipment and product features
Relevant Experience & Skills
- Knowledge of golf equipment, apparel, or accessories
- Strong presentation skills
- Comfort using computers, video tools, and support systems
- Bachelor’s Degree or High school diploma with equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of customer service or related experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $35,400 – $53,300/yr.
