Provide remote customer support for healthcare billing inquiries related to Amazon Health and One Medical services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding healthcare billing and account questions.
  • Resolve issues related to charges, payments, and insurance information.
  • Document interactions accurately in internal systems.
  • Escalate complex billing cases as needed.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards in a remote environment

Relevant Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (call center or phone-based support preferred).
  • 1+ year experience with billing, payments, or healthcare accounts a plus.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite using electronic health records (EHR) or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Comfort working in a structured, metrics-driven environment.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems while on calls.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated compensation for this role is $31,200 – $50,000/yr. (Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience).
