Airbnb offers a full-time, remote position for a Disaster Response Coordinator. This role requires working Tuesday through Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Time, with flexibility to work on company and national holidays, as well as occasional unexpected hours. Candidates must reside in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Disaster Response Coordinator, your day will involve reviewing global incident notifications to determine response strategies, conducting threat monitoring and assessment, and coordinating disaster responses with cross-functional teams. You will also draft preparedness and response messaging, provide critical updates to stakeholders, and participate in process improvement efforts.

Compensation & Benefits
