Both opportunities are home-based and flexible.
Inbound Sales Opportunity
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll be taking calls from customers of top direct-to-consumer brands. These customers call in after seeing an ad for a product in a newspaper or mailing. Products primarily include nutraceuticals.
The customers you’ll be talking to have already expressed interest in the products you’re selling. You’ll be answering customers’ questions and guiding them to make good purchase decisions.
It’s pretty simple. Bring a friendly voice, follow a script, and you will be successful!
The majority of Inbound Sales Reps in this program are making at least $20/hour of talk time, and top earners are making $25-$30/hour of talk time.

Customer Service Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be taking calls from customers of a top direct-to-consumer brand. These customers typically call for assistance with product questions, to get order status updates, or to update their orders.
In some cases, you may need to save the sale or take new orders.
Products you’ll be supporting primarily include apparel and household goods.
Customer Service Reps in this program make $10/hour.

Next Steps
Here’s what you can expect as next steps for both of these opportunities:
- Register to be a NexRep Marketplace Contractor. That will take just 2-3 minutes.
- Complete an interactive online assessment. That will take about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Self-schedule a time to meet virtually with a NexRep Marketplace Coordinator.
- A Marketplace Coordinator will call you at the time and telephone number you specified. The call should last for about 10 minutes, during which time the Coordinator will discuss next steps in greater detail.
- After your call with the Marketplace Coordinator, you will be instructed on how to order a background check, complete your
- Independent Contractor Agreement and tax forms, and attend a Meet & Greet. Your background check is self-funded for a one-time fee of $25. That fee is payable directly to a third-party background check service. NexRep does not receive any portion of that fee.
- You will receive a welcome letter with instructions for joining the virtual, online certification. In some cases you may not receive the welcome letter until the day before or morning of your certification. Timely completion of your background check and paperwork will increase the likelihood that your welcome letter arrives sooner.
