The Market Operations Coordinator will engage in a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth operations across the Mid-Atlantic 1 market.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Market Operations Coordinator, you will coordinate operational projects and maintain tracking logs. You’ll be responsible for preparing and distributing client invoices, processing direct-bill activity, and supporting month-end close activities. Additionally, you’ll handle vendor invoice processing, maintain payable sub-ledger documentation, and support office service requests.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Coordinate Projects: Manage operational and administrative tasks
- Maintain Records: Ensure accuracy and consistency
- Process Invoices: Prepare and distribute client invoices
- Support Reconciliations: Assist with month-end closing
- Handle Inquiries: Respond to vendor and broker questions
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED
- Financial Acumen: Experience with billing, payables
- System Knowledge: Agency Management Systems, Excel
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective coordination
- Detail Orientation: Accurate data entry and documentation
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $33.33 – $38.46/hr..
