This is a full-time, remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the United States. As part of a dynamic team, the Instructional Design Specialist will engage with various departments to develop effective training programs.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Collaborate with subject matter experts and project managers to create comprehensive training materials. Develop instructional content across multiple formats, including e-learning and video. Upload training elements into the learning management system and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions.
Responsibilities & Expectations

- Coordinate Development: Work with SMEs and managers
- Create Materials: Develop content for various formats
- Gather Data: Collect and integrate training needs
- Design Tools: Create evaluation tools for effectiveness
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Instructional Design: Apply adult learning theories
- Project Management: Manage training projects effectively
- Multimedia Skills: Create engaging learning materials
- Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $25.00 – $28.50/hr..
