What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the frontline contact for customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues primarily through Intercom. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance user experience, manage operational processes, and contribute to documentation efforts. This role involves shaping the future of Folio Support with a focus on personalization and efficiency.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Provide Support: Address customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate Internally: Work with product and engineering teams
- Improve Processes: Enhance internal workflows and documentation
- Utilize Tools: Manage interactions via Intercom
- Advocate for Customers: Represent customer needs and priorities
Relevant Experience & Skills Required
- Education Requirements: 3+ years experience needed
- Tool Proficiency: Expert in Intercom and support tools
- Customer Focus: Passionate about customer success
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills
- Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced environments
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $26.44 to $31.25/hr. (Estimated based on similar customer support role; Actual pay may vary.)
