The role is best suited for entry to mid-career candidates with at least some customer service experience; candidates must reside in the Central Standard Time (CST) zone and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Assist customers with benefit and claims inquiries in a remote setting, resolving issues and educating on available resources.

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively listen and support customers while resolving issues and documenting interactions.
  • Educate customers about available resources and assist with navigating their options.
  • Collaborate with team members to address service issues and improve outcomes.
  • Follow CVS/Aetna policies and maintain confidential records.

Relevant Experience & Skills

  • 6+ months customer service experience required (contact center experience preferred).
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work remote.
  • Must reside in the CST Time Zone.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
