This is a fully remote position within the American Health Holdings Medical Management Customer Service Department. The role supports the quality and effectiveness of healthcare services while delivering high-level customer support.
The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST. Training lasts five weeks and runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical management
- Provide customer support in a fast-paced call center environment
- Promote quality and effective healthcare services
- Perform accurate data entry and documentation
- Collaborate with internal and external teams
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of call center experience
- 1+ year of medical or healthcare experience
- 1+ year of data entry experience
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in a medical or healthcare support role
- Strong customer service and problem-resolution skills
- Computer literacy across multiple systems
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology
