In this full-time role, you will leverage your excellent customer service and communication skills to help customers with their questions. Those questions might include things like, “Can you provide me with a basic overview of benefits I’m enrolled in?” or “What is the status of my submitted claim?”
Applicants should have at least 6 months customer service experience, the ability to type 25WPM, and be able to pass a background check.
The posted pay rate is $16 per hour.

Remote Call Center Representative
Pay rate is $16.00 an hour.
Hours of Operation Monday-Sunday 7:45AM – 11:00PM EST. Must have flexibility to work anytime during these hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities for Remote Call Center Representative:
As a member of the Customer Experience team, you assist customers with questions, inquiries, and issues related to their healthcare coverage. You manage a steady, high volume of incoming calls from customers. You will have to navigate multiple computer systems at one time while speaking with the customer and solving issues on the phone. Computer navigation experience is a must.
This is an Inbound Call Center position that requires that you be at your desk for the duration of your shift other than your scheduled breaks & lunch. This is a fast-paced environment as you will receive calls back-to-back for the length of your shift.
Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients’ success.

Requirements for Remote Call Center Representative:
We’re looking for people with a passion for helping others, who are naturally empathetic and have the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution to these healthcare related calls. Customer service experience is a plus, but not required. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Ability to Type 25WPM and successfully complete customer service assessment.
- High school diploma, GED or college degree
- Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
- Successful completion of background check is required for this position
- Must have 6 months customer service experience.
Equipment and workspace requirements:
- You must have a home internet connection of 25 Download and 10 Upload Speed (you may do a quick check through speedtest.googlefiber.net)
- Must be able to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via ethernet, not Satellite or WiFi
- Must have a quiet workspace free from distractions
Below is what you’ll need to do to be considered for this position. It will take less than 20 minutes and includes everything required at this stage!
- Apply to the role and provide your basic profile information (2 minutes)
- Answer prescreens questions to be sure you meet the minimum requirements for the role (3 minutes)
- Complete a typing test (2 minutes)
- Take short assessment to determine your fit for the role and set everyone up for success (10 minutes)
- For the typing test and assessment, you will need to have access to a computer with a keyboard. If you do not have access to one at this moment, please complete the other steps and then find a local public computer to complete steps 3 and 4. You can access a computer with a keyboard at local coffee shops, library, shipping stores or just search for “public computers near me”. Once you have access to a computer, you can login to your account and complete the application process.

Compensation

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $16.00/hour.
